This Fotolux CP-8129 V-mount Battery Multi-holes Cheese Plate is equipped with 1/4" countersink , M3  countersink , M4  countersink and 1/4" threaded holes. It can be used to mount a V-mount battery on your camera or gimbal rig.  In addition, you can mount this cheese plate to the 15mm rod clamp.
