REPAIR & SERVICES

We are the authorised importer and repair centre for GODOX lighting gear since 2008. We also repair major brands of Digital SLRs, mirrorless cameras, traditional film cameras, prime lens, zoom lens, speedlights, flash or lighting gear and also do the lens calibration and sensor cleaning.

The cost of labour or parts depend on the complexity of repair. A non-refundable inspection and assessment fee $40 will be charged for any repair quote. There will be no assessment fees if the product is under the specified 12 months warranty period. The paid assessment fee is absorbed into the total repair costs If you accept the estimated repair amount and go ahead for the repair works. However, the inspection fee will not be refunded if you choose not to go ahead with the repair.

Our well trained and qualified technicians will prepare an estimate on your repair within 7-14 days of receiving the equipment. We will endeavour to have your gear repaired as soon as possible subject to the parts available.

All repaired equipment to be collected in our Ashfield shop. We offer nationwide insured freight with every repaired equipment back to your nominated address. The return postage/courier fee will be added to your final invoice. Full payment to be made before goods dispatch.

We offer 3 months warranty from date of repair. Warranty applies to the actual repair and parts supplied only. The Warranty do not cover any damage caused from mis-use, impact damage, sand, grit, dust, liquid, sea water.
