Photo-Shop-Studio is committed to providing a quality, easy and convenient method of online shopping gateway for its customers and makes every attempt to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the information contained on this website. However, before you enter the website or use any of Photo-Shop-Studio services, you must carefully read the Terms and Conditions set out below so that we both know what to expect from each other. You are consenting to be bound by these terms and conditions if you proceed to access and use this service. Your usage of the site and/or placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
By accessing the information on or through this website each user waives and releases Photo-Shop-Studio to the full extent permitted by law from any loss, damage, claims, liabilities, expenses whatsoever arising out of, or attributable to, any content, goods or other material on this website. Photo-Shop-Studio reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without providing notice to you. Users that do not fully agree with these Terms and Conditions should immediately exit this website.

All pictures and specifications on this website are for illustration and information purposes only and may vary from the actual product. Photo-Shop-Studio will not accept any liability for defamation resulting from third party material on this website. Images, photos, designs, logos and product copy are either property of, or used with permission by Photo-Shop-Studio and are protected by copyright, trademarks, intellectual property right laws and other applicable international treaties. It may not be copied or used without the written permission from Photo-Shop-Studio and/or the owner which reserves all rights.
Photo-Shop-Studio will not be held responsible for any inconvenience caused by any typographical errors, the accuracy or completeness of any material on this website. We are not liable for any error or changes in packaging, description, label or illustration of any product advertised within the Site.
All prices listed are in Australian dollars and GST inclusive. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payments must be received in full prior to dispatch of goods. The cost of standard or express Post is available to you at checkout. FREE shipping items will only be delivered under the standard post. For oversized and heavy/bulky items, we will inform you the postage and handling costs for standard road transport and obtain your consent before accepting your orders. There is no charge if you opt to pick up your order from our Ashfield store.
If stock becomes unavailable and beyond our control after an order is placed online, Photo-Shop-Studio reserves the right to either place the order on backorder (which may vary and depends on the next available shipment), or cancel the order for full refund. In the event that we are unable to fulfil your order and cancel the order, we will provide a full refund of any payment received.
We accept Cash, EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard and Bankcard if you are coming to our shop for purchase and pick-up.
We accept the following forms of payment for orders placed on-line on our website:
1. Direct deposit / Electronic Funds / Telegraphic Transfers
Please make bank deposit or funds transfers to the following account details: Bank: Westpac Bank BSB: 032 135 Account Number: 117 018 Account Name: Photo-Shop-Studio. Payment by direct deposit into our bank account is the safest and quickest way of confirming your order. Please enter your full name and order number as the reference in all funds transfers to streamline our processing of your order.

3. Visa or MasterCard Credit cards ( ID Verification required )
All online and phone orders are subject to our verification procedure for the protection of the credit cardholder. You are required to provide proof of ID and address to verify that you are the legitimate card owner. A copy of ID and credit card may be requested for verification. We reserve the right to refuse an order that the credit card details and address cannot be verified. Whilst Photo-Shop-Studio ensure the safety payment processing for its transactions with our customers, We will not be responsible for any consequential losses suffered by a customer whose credit card is fraudulently used or is used in an unauthorized manner. Note: We do not accept any credit card payment from overseas orders.
Ownership of goods does not pass until accounts are PAID IN FULL. Once your payment is cleared, we will confirm acceptance of your order via email and also notify you once the good is dispatched. If your payment is not received within 3 days from the date of order, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction.
We aim to dispatch orders next business day of placing an order. Our cut-off time for same business day dispatch is 11:00am, Monday-Friday. AustPost truck pick up parcels from our shop at lunchtime on business day.
DELIVERY, COURIER AND CARRIER
Most of our deliveries will be made by Australian Post e-Parcel service. Express Post ( Max 5Kgs ) can be arranged upon request with additional charges. Road service Courier service is only for oversize and heavy items only.
Please note that an authorized signatory needs to be at the delivery address to sign for and collect the goods, and photo identification may be requested by the Australian Post or Agent. In the event that a signature cannot be obtained on the first delivery attempt, the recipient will be left a delivery card with details on how their parcel can be obtained. Please note that re-deliveries after a second failed attempt will incur additional charges.
Please carefully inspect your goods when they arrive. If for some reason the item arrives in a damaged state, and/or “dead on arrival”, please contact us at 02-9797 2800 within 48 hours of receipt of your goods.
Any goods delivered by us must be inspected and reported within 3 days for any damage or error in supply. We are not obliged to refund nor accept returns for incorrect choice of purchase or change of mind. We may agree to exchange incorrectly ordered items or issue store credit if the package has never been opened or used. Restocking and handling fee up to 15% of the sold products will apply for any change of mind returns. No refund will be issued for freight, postage or insurance costs. We cannot accept change of mind returns on items that come in sealed packages or boxes where seals are damaged or broken. You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods, including the cost of return shipping. You are not entitled to any refund or exchange if there is any damage only to the packaging incurred in transit. The packaging is only to protect the Goods themselves.
You may return the faulty item with the manufacturer's defect for replacement or refund within 7 days from the date of purchase. After this period has lapsed, we may opt to repair or replace (replacements are only given where we cannot repair the item and repairs take the first precedence). We cannot accept the return of any non-faulty items under any circumstance, in particular to all cameras, lenses, batteries, memory cards, monitors, microphones or electronic items.
We offer back to back limited 1-year manufacturer warranty under the Australian Consumer Law. However, the warranty does not cover any light bulb, flash tube, battery or any damage via misuse, accident, environment/natural causes, electrical surges, water damaged, incorrect usage, overloading or overusing beyond maximum limits as described on manufacturers’ warranty terms and conditions. The manufacturer will repair, replace or refund the defective product within 12 months limited warranty period. We will not be responsible for any consequential damages that may be claimed as a result. The maximum claim is no more than the value of the sold product.
Warranty is claimable via Photo-Shop-Studio upon presentation of a receipt/ proof of purchase matching the item and showing the purchase date. Items purchased over 1 year or without proof of date of purchase will incur a repair charge as required. We are not liable for any damage to or loss of any programs, data, or other information stored on any media contained within electronic products.
All claims are to be submitted to Photo-Shop-Studio in writing via email or directly to the store, and our customer service team will respond to your claim accordingly. Any shipping costs incurred for the return of the item are the responsibility of the customer.

Generally, the information we collect about customers includes your name, phone numbers, home or work address, delivery address, payment, credit and billing information, and e-mail addresses. In some instances, we may also collect your ID, such as a driver license to verify your identity to prevent fraud and other criminal activities.

These terms and conditions are governed by, and you agree to submit to, the laws applicable in the State of New South Wales, Australia. These terms shall be interpreted and governed by the law of New South Wales, and any disputes in relation to them are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in New South Wales.
