AD400Pro is  basically a 400Ws version of the AD600 Pro. It has a few design differences and a little less power, but basically an identical feature set.

Overall is smaller and lighter than the AD600 Pro but still provides plenty of power. It is nice that the kit comes with a hard carry case.

AD400Pro use the smaller Godox ADS mount instead of standard Bowens S mount although you get a set of Bowens adapter.

Godox has introduced new range of Umbrella softbox ADS-65 & ADS-85 to fit direct onto AD400Pro, AD300Pro & AD100Pro.

AD400Pro is fully compatible with X1, X2 or XPro Wireless TTL systems for either  Canon, Nikon, Sony, Fujifilm, Olympus or Panasonic cameras.

It provides up to 400Ws power with 9 steps of output power, ranging from 1/1 to 1/256.

The kit comes with a powerful 21.6V/2600mAh lithium-ion battery pack that provides up to 390 full-power flashes in outdoor situations and location shooting.

Alternatively, you can remove the battery and run the monolight on the optional AC400 AC power adapter to the indoor AC power point point.

Godox AD600PRO TTL  Portable Flash  is an incredibly well designed and highly efficient flash light for Professional Photographers

AD600Pro is a battery operated portable strobe that can be used in the field as easily as in the studio.  It can deliver 360 of full power pops on a single battery charge.

It features a high-speed sync mode that works with shutter speeds up to 1/8000 seconds, offering flash durations from 1/220 to 1/10,100 seconds.

Another unique setting is its stable color temperature mode, which tightly controls color to keep temperature changes within ±75K across the entire power range.

Despite these impressive characteristics, it manages to keep recycling times low at 0.01-0.9 seconds for fast and reliable use, and is capable of 12 continuous pops at 1/16 power output.

38W modeling lamp is useful to help aid focusing or short video filming.

Remarks: 

• 3 months product warranties are provided by the manufacturer for all re-chargeable batteries.
