With improved footrest/ monopod stand, thickened tubes and stabilised pan head. The two way pan head uses a 1/4" thread that is compatible with all kinds of cameras and has 360 degree panning. A bubble level is included to ensure your images are horizontal. With the ball joint connection to the monopod stand, at a 15 degree inclination the monopod can do 160 degree smooth rotation around the ball. The wrist strap is handy for that extra grip you may need. 
The monopod stand uses a 3/8" thread connection which can be removed and replaced with a rubber foot for quick conversion from video to photography.
