Rates for Photo Studio Hire

Below are the standard studio hire rates for Photo-Shop-Studio and the prices are only for the bare space, which includes the white cyclorama walls and the makeup area. Equipment such as tripods, light stands, mounts, and colored backdrops are not included within the standard studio hire rates. Even the colored backdrops are available at the studio at an extra cost.

Here are details about the Photo Studio Hire rent:

1) Full Day Hire- This includes a total of 8 hours (Time: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm)

MONDAY-FRIDAY- $380 +GST

SATURDAY - $440 +GST

SUNDAY OR ANY PUBLIC HOLIDAY - $520 +GST

2) Half-Day Hire- This includes a total of 4 hours (Time- 9:00 am-1:00 pm or 1:00 pm-5:00 pm or enquire with us if you have a preferred time slot.

MONDAY-FRIDAY- $200 +GST

SATURDAY- $250 +GST

3) Two-Hour Hire- This includes a total of 2 hours and you can enquire directly to book your preferred time slot.

MONDAY-FRIDAY- $150 +GST

SATURDAY- $190 +GST

4) Extra Hourly Rate- Any extra time spent in the studio would be considered extra and will be charged accordingly. ((Between 9:00am - 5:00pm)

MONDAY-FRIDAY- $60 per hour +GST

SATURDAY- $70 per hour +GST

SUNDAY or any PUBLIC HOLIDAY- $80 per hour +GST

Equipment Hire:

We also have a standard equipment package that includes Flash Mono-Head, flash mono-head, octagon softbox, softbox, wireless trigger.

●Full day standard equipment package charge- $100 + GST

●Half Day- $60 + GST

Payment, Deposit & Cancellation:

All studio hirers should submit the completed studio hire application form along with a 20% deposit of payment to confirm the booking. Any cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the booking date will get a refund of deposit less than 5% and if cancellation is made 48 hours or less prior to the booking date, no refund will be issued.
